All items purchased during sales, clearance, flash sales, or any discounts applied 20% and above are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned for refund, store credit, or exchange.

You MAY NOT return jewelry, leggings, sunglasses, handbags, other accessories, gift cards, and bathing suits. 
All merchandise must be returned unwashed and unworn with no damage. Any items sent back with makeup, deodorant, or any other stains will not be eligible to return and will not be returned to the buyer. Any formal/going out/date night dresses are not eligible for return unless requested within three (3) days of delivery.

To begin a return, please contact us for a return form (RMA). Once you receive this form, all returns must be postmarked within (14) fourteen days of the receipt invoice in order to be eligible for credit. Any return postmarked after this date will not be subjected to reimbursement. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with no stains, perfumes, rips, tears, etc. Original tags must be attached. If an item is returned with any damage, absolutely no reimbursement will be made. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless otherwise noted. Credit will be processed within 3-5 business days upon the item arriving at our facility. Store credit is issued in the form of an online gift certificate that can be used at any time and is valid for up to one year from issuing. Contact us for an RMA form at 
Sandals & Boots
All shoes must be returned within (14) fourteen days of the receipt date- no exceptions. Returned shoes are eligible for store credit only. In order to process a return please contact us at for a return form. All shoes must be returned unworn, in the original box and packaging. When trying on the shoes, please do not leave your home and wear them outside. Any shoes returned with blemishes, dirty soles, or scuffed bottoms will not be eligible for store credit and if returned will not be subject to any reimbursement. Shoes also need to be returned in the original boxes that cannot be damaged. Any shoes sent back in a damaged or missing box will not be eligible for reimbursement. All shoe returns will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.
Any item that is received damaged, faulty zippers, etc. must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery with picture proof of damage. We will not accept items with damage claims after this date. Damaged items are sent back with a call tag provided by us, and once inspected, a replacement (if available) will be sent out to the shipping address listed. If the item is marked as damaged, but upon inspection is not damaged or is at fault of the buyer, will not be issued reimbursement whatsoever.
Exchanges are processed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability. Exchanges must be postmarked within (7) seven days post the delivery date. Additional shipping charges may occur in which case the buyer may be responsible for. The fastest, most efficient way for us to process an exchange is for you to place a new order with the items in sizes you want, and return the items you do not want.
